Donna Franklin West is a project management strategist with over two decades of experience supporting complex initiatives across IT implementations, operations, and enterprise project delivery. She has led and supported full lifecycle projects in fast-paced, highly regulated environments where structure, coordination, and execution discipline are critical.

Known for her practical, results-driven approach, Donna specializes in helping organizations plan, prioritize, and manage work more effectively. Her work focuses on project oversight, execution governance, and operational clarity, ensuring initiatives move forward with alignment and accountability.

Donna brings a strong ability to bridge technical and operational teams, engage stakeholders at all levels, and establish the processes needed to manage scope, timelines, risk, and decision-making. She is particularly skilled at stepping into environments where projects are led by subject-matter experts, providing the structure and oversight needed to support successful delivery.
