Donna Franklin West is a leadership development consultant and project strategist with over two decades of experience leading full life cycle IT implementations, operations, and project delivery.

Known for her practical, results-driven approach, Donna combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to building stronger leaders and higher-performing teams. Her work goes beyond project execution; it is about developing the people who drive the outcomes.

Donna is skilled at bridging technical and operational teams, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and creating the clarity needed to drive collaboration and real progress.
