Donna Franklin West is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in managing full life cycle implementations, operations, and projects. Donna is known for her “no nonsense, get it done” management style.

Although her primary focus is on achieving results, Donna remains committed to developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, regardless of their level of technical expertise. Donna has a talent for engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, both operational and technical, to achieve project success.

Donna’s ability to think conceptually enables her to assess complex situations, facilitate decision-making, and drive successful implementations. She collaborates with clients to develop strong partnerships that are customized to meet their unique needs.
